How to apply

Apply the bandages by rolling them gently around each leg until you reach the groin. To tone the stomach, hips and buttocks, wrap the bandages from above the knee to the waist. Put on the trousers provided and leave to act for at least 30 minutes. Remove the bandages and let any residual product be absorbed by massaging from the knee to the thigh or abdomen to the waist. If desired, rinse with water.
